My Story

Better known in the real estate, business and political world as Mikey Mash, he is an experienced businessman and real estate agent, Mikey consistently holds a Chairmans or Presidential status of achievement. Mikey had previously been a VP of Investments for a top ten investment and brokerage firm and held multiple licenses in the industry along with his sales, marketing and education programs that serviced both the investment and auto industry.

Mikey Currently holds the following designations:
RSPS: Resort, Second Home & Investment Property
SRS: Property Listing and Marketing Specialist
Land 101 Certified: Deals with sales, usage, restrictions and rezoning of various lands
Land Investment Analysis: Works with developing of land, maximizing usage and profitability of land from a single acre to hundreds of acres, whether residential, commercial, mixed use, farming or Agricultural.
Transitional Land: Repurposing of land to achieve the highest and best use and profitability for the buyers and sellers.
Agricultural Land Brokerage: Advising clients of the marketing, sales or purchase of Farms or Farm Estates. With experience in the equestrian industry.
Subdivision Development: Advises clients wishing to subdivide tracts of land.
Land Real Estate Site Selection: Advising Clients on choosing an appropriate location for a commercial business.

Mikey had previously been appointed to the Horry County Planning Commission, later he was urged to run for public office and now serves as an elected Horry County Councilman overseeing the largest and fastest developing area in the country with eleven other officials.

Whether assisting clients with buying or selling a home, land, commercial property or designing and building a new home or retail outlet, Mikey and his team’s ultimate goal is negotiating the terms of a buy, sell agreement that will best satisfy and protect the interest of their clients.
